Beschrijving voorzijde	Central gold-toned inner disc bearing a highly detailed effigy of the Russian Imperial double-headed eagle, displayed with spread wings, each head crowned, and bearing a shield on its breast depicting Saint George slaying the dragon. The eagle holds a sceptre in its right talon and an orb in its left. The surrounding silver-toned outer ring carries a Cyrillic legend divided across the upper and lower periphery of the field.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Central gold-toned inner disc depicting a full-length figure of Tsar Peter the Great standing to the right in period military dress, holding a rolled document or instrument in his left hand, set against a maritime scene featuring multiple large sailing warships under full sail on stylised waves. The two-line Cyrillic inscription naming the subject appears in the upper portion of the inner disc. The silver-toned outer ring is plain.
