Obverse description Bare-headed and draped bust of King Edward VII facing right, rendered in high relief with fine detail to the beard and hair. The effigy occupies the majority of the field, with a beaded inner border encircling the design. The Latin legend is disposed around the periphery, reading from the lower left and continuing clockwise. The portrait is executed in a style consistent with Edwardian coinage of the early twentieth century.
