This is a fantasy piece — not an official Dutch state issue — produced outside the authority of the Nederlandsche Bank. The X# catalog prefix (from Krause's Unusual World Coins) confirms its status as a privately produced novelty. The 1975 date almost certainly references the 30th anniversary of the Netherlands' liberation from German occupation in May 1945, a commemorative hook that fantasy producers frequently exploited for the collector market. Beatrix was crown princess at the time; she would not ascend to the throne until 1980.
