| Obverse description | Obverse depicts a lion passant in profile facing right, rendered in low relief in a bold, archaic style characteristic of Safavid copper coinage. The animal's body occupies the central field of the irregularly shaped rectangular flan. Traces of a legend or decorative border elements appear around the periphery, partially obscured by the rough, worn surface typical of hammered copper falus. The overall design is crude but vigorous, consistent with provincial mint production of the late Safavid period. |

| Reverse description | Reverse displays a prominent lion passant in high relief facing right, with a cluster of pellets or a rosette device visible above in the upper field, a design motif commonly employed on Safavid falus issues. Surrounding the central lion figure are bold Arabic inscriptions in cursive script arranged in the field and along the lower register of the coin, including the AH date numerals '۹۹' (part of 1099) legible in the lower portion. The die work is characteristic of hammered technique, exhibiting irregular flan edges and uneven strike pressure typical of Isfahan mint copper production under Shah Sulayman I. |
