A radiant sun with a human face rises above the lion's back, forming the classic 'lion and sun' emblem widely used across Iranian-influenced khanates. Beneath the lion, in the lower field, appears a Tamgha dynastic mark rendered in Arabic-derived calligraphic form. The design is contained within an irregular dotted border following the coin's uneven flan. The overall composition is bold and linear, reflecting the hand-engraved die tradition of the Karabakh Khanate. |

| Description du revers | The reverse field bears a two-line Arabic mint legend arranged horizontally across the center of the coin, enclosed within an inner linear circle. The inscription reads 'Zarb Panahabad' (Struck in Panahabad), the capital city and principal mint of the Karabakh Khanate. The text is rendered in a bold, somewhat crude naskh script typical of provincial hammered coinage of the late 18th century. The entire central device is encircled by a dotted border that follows the contour of the irregular copper flan. The die engraving is characteristic of the hand-cut artisanal tradition of the region. |
