| Reverse description | Central field displaying a three-line Arabic inscription in Kufic script, arranged in horizontal registers and occupying the full die area. The raised lettering presents religious and dynastic formulae consistent with Seljuk of Rum fals coinage of the early 13th century. A beaded border circumscribes the epigraphic field, following the irregular periphery of the hammered flan. The strike is moderately clear, with some weakness at the margins characteristic of hand-struck copper issues of this period. |
