The triangular segments of the star are blank or contain minute, largely illegible scrawls. The surrounding circular legend, inscribed in Arabic Naskh, reads Al-Malik al-Nasir, identifying the ruler al-Nasir Yusuf II. The field between the star's points and the marginal legend is plain. |
