| Obverse description | Crowned and draped bust of Augustus III facing right, wearing a large royal crown with elaborate jewelled arches and cross finial, his long curled wig flowing over the shoulders and draped mantle visible at truncation. The effigy is rendered in the Baroque court style typical of mid-18th-century Saxon-Polish coinage. A circular Latin legend runs along the periphery, separated from the field by a beaded inner border. |
