Obverse description Central field features the interlaced royal cipher of Stanisław August Poniatowski, composed of the conjoined letters S and A surmounted by a large R, forming an elegant monogram in relief. Above the cipher sits a jewelled royal crown with arched bands and cross finial, rendered in fine detail. The field is plain and unadorned, without a surrounding legend, lending the design a stately, minimalist character consistent with late 18th-century Polish numismatic artistry.
