| Obverse description | Draped and armored bust of King John II Casimir Vasa facing right, wearing an elaborate crown with floral ornaments. Long flowing hair falls to the shoulders, and the effigy is rendered in high relief in the baroque manner characteristic of mid-17th century Polish royal coinage. A circular beaded inner border frames the portrait, with the Latin legend distributed around the periphery reading IO·CAS·M·DG·R·POL·SVE· (Ioannes Casimirus Magnus Dei Gratia Rex Poloniae Sueciae). The outer rim features a pronounced milled or rope-like border. |

| Reverse description | Central quartered royal coat of arms of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth surmounted by a royal crown, displaying the White Eagle of Poland, the Lithuanian Pahonia (mounted knight), the Vasa dynastic arms, and additional heraldic charges, all enclosed within an ornate cartouche. The mintmaster's initials GBA appear in the lower portion of the field. The date 1660 is visible within the circumferential Latin legend MONE·AVR·REIP·POLS·ECG·, which runs between the inner beaded border and the outer milled rim. |
