Reverse description Roma seated left on a cuirass or pile of arms, helmeted and wearing military attire, holding in her outstretched right hand a small figurine of Victory who extends a wreath, and resting her left hand on a long spear or sceptre. The composition conveys Rome's martial supremacy following the Judaean campaigns. The legend ROMA VICTRIX is disposed in the field to left and right of the seated figure, while the senatorial authority mark S C appears in the lower exergual area. A beaded border frames the entire design.
