Her extended right hand holds a lighted torch with which she sets fire to a pile of arms and military accoutrements heaped at her feet, while her left hand cradles a cornucopia. The scene conveys the Vitellian propaganda of peace following civil war. The senatorial authority mark S C (Senatus Consulto) appears in the field, flanking the central figure, with the legend PAXS AVGVSTI distributed around the periphery.
