| Obverse description | Radiate bust of Domitian facing right, draped with aegis, rendered in high relief typical of Flavian portraiture. The emperor's effigy displays his characteristic facial features with a prominent brow and short hair beneath the radiate crown, which identifies the denomination as a dupondius. The aegis, a divine breastplate with scalloped scales, is visible at the shoulder. The encircling legend runs clockwise in incuse Latin lettering around the bust within the coin's field. |

| Reverse description | Victory personified standing to the left, rendered in flowing robes in the classical Roman allegorical tradition. In her left hand she holds a long palm branch, symbol of triumph, while her outstretched right hand inscribes a shield set upon a trophy to the left. The reverse legend is divided by the monogram S C (Senatus Consultum) in the field, authorizing the bronze coinage, with the main inscription running along the periphery. |
