Obverse description Radiate bust of Domitian facing right, draped with aegis, rendered in high relief typical of Flavian portraiture. The emperor's effigy displays his characteristic facial features with a prominent brow and short hair beneath the radiate crown, which identifies the denomination as a dupondius. The aegis, a divine breastplate with scalloped scales, is visible at the shoulder. The encircling legend runs clockwise in incuse Latin lettering around the bust within the coin's field.

Reverse description Victory personified standing to the left, rendered in flowing robes in the classical Roman allegorical tradition. In her left hand she holds a long palm branch, symbol of triumph, while her outstretched right hand inscribes a shield set upon a trophy to the left. The reverse legend is divided by the monogram S C (Senatus Consultum) in the field, authorizing the bronze coinage, with the main inscription running along the periphery.
