| Obverse description | Radiate head of Domitian facing right, with long flowing hair and a prominent laureate radiate crown, the portrait rendered in the characteristic Flavian dynastic style. The imperial effigy displays a strong profile with well-defined facial features typical of early Domitianic coinage. A circular Latin legend surrounds the portrait along the coin's periphery. The flan shows the broad, slightly irregular fabric characteristic of early imperial hammered bronze coinage. |

| Reverse description | Minerva, helmeted and draped, strides dynamically to the right in her characteristic martial stance, brandishing a spear aloft in her raised right hand while supporting a large round shield on her extended left arm. The goddess is depicted with flowing drapery rendered in high relief, conveying movement and martial energy. The senatorial authorization mark S C (Senatus Consultum) is prominently placed in the field, flanking the figure, as was standard on imperial bronze denominations. The reverse type reflects Domitian's particular veneration of Minerva as his divine patron. |
