| Beschrijving keerzijde | The quartered and complex heraldic coat of arms of the House of Savoy, surmounted by a ducal crown and set within an elaborate baroque cartouche with foliate and scroll ornamentation. The shield displays the dynastic quarterings of Savoy, Jerusalem, Cyprus, and other territories, rendered with considerable engraving detail. Supporting elements flank the cartouche on either side. The circular Latin legend ET PRINCEPS PEDEMONTIUM runs along the periphery, with a beaded border encircling the design. |
