Reverse description A crowned, mantled oval shield displaying the five-fold arms of the Prince-Bishopric of Liege, supported by elaborate baroque mantling and surmounted by a coronet. The quartered coat of arms occupies the central field, rendered with fine engraving detail. The continuous Latin legend in the outer field records the issuing authority and the date of the Sede Vacante, encircling the entire composition within a beaded border.
