| Obverse description | Central field dominated by the elaborate interlaced royal cypher of Augustus II (AR monogram), rendered in fine calligraphic style with foliate flourishes at the base. The cypher is surmounted by a royal crown with elevated arches. The entire design is set within a beaded or plain inner circle, with no peripheral legend, giving the field a clean heraldic character consistent with early eighteenth-century Saxon coinage. |
