Drachm - Zoilos

Zoilos I ruled a shrinking Baktrian kingdom under sustained pressure from nomadic incursions — likely the Sakas or Yuezhi — that had already dismembered the eastern territories his predecessors once controlled. His coinage is scarce by any measure, and the drachm series in particular survives in small numbers, suggesting a reign of limited duration and constrained mint output. The Bopearachchi corpus places him within a tight dynastic sequence that effectively ends with the collapse of Greek rule north of the Hindu Kush.
