| Descrizione del dritto | Radiate head of Helios facing three-quarters right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with characteristic sculptural modelling. The god's abundant curling hair is bound at the forehead, with bold straight rays emanating from the crown in a sunburst arrangement. The facial features are finely detailed, with a prominent nose, sensitively rendered eye, and slightly parted lips, conveying the idealized divinity of the sun god. No legend appears in the field, the design filling the flan to its edges in the characteristic manner of Rhodian plintophoric coinage. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | A fully open rose with petals displayed and a bud to the right, the emblematic device of Rhodes, set within a shallow square incuse (plinthophoron). The magistrate's name ΞΕΝΟΦΑΝΤΟΣ is inscribed above, with the ethnic abbreviation P-O flanking the rose across the field. A ram's head set upon a caduceus appears as a secondary symbol to the lower left of the rose, serving as an additional magistrate control mark. The entire composition is contained within the characteristic shallow square incuse border that defines the plintophoric series. |
