Reverse description The Parthian archer-king motif is depicted: a figure seated right upon a throne, rendered in the traditional schematic Parthian style, holding a strung bow in the extended right hand. Multiple lines of a degraded Greek legends surround the central device on all sides, becoming increasingly stylised and difficult to read. A monogram appears below the bow in the lower field. The composition is enclosed within a beaded border.
