Beschrijving voorzijde Conjoined busts of Varhran II and his queen facing right, both wearing elaborate Sasanian crowns surmounted by a korymbos (globular hair bundle); the king at left displays a full beaded beard and is adorned with a pearl-strung necklace and draped robes, while the queen at centre wears a similar diademed headdress with beaded ornaments. To the right, a smaller bust — likely the crown prince — faces right wearing a distinctive horned or animal-crested helmet with beaded neckwear. All three effigies are rendered in high relief in the characteristically stylised Sasanian artistic tradition. The composition is enclosed within a beaded border.

Beschrijving keerzijde Central Zoroastrian fire altar depicted in stepped architectural form, its flame rising prominently from the top and flanked by a crescent and ribbon-like streamers above. Two standing attendants, each facing the altar, are positioned on either side; the figure at left extends a hand toward the flame in a gesture of devotion, while the figure at right, wearing court dress with elaborate jewellery, mirrors the pose. The composition is a canonical Sasanian reverse type affirming royal Zoroastrian piety. The entire design is contained within a beaded border, with no visible Pahlavi legend on this particular die.
