Obverse description Diademed bust of the king facing left, rendered in the characteristic Parthian court style with a heavily striated hair mass swept back behind the ear and falling to the shoulder; the beard is rendered in parallel vertical strokes. A star-in-crescent symbol appears prominently in the left field before the royal effigy, serving as a dynastic and divine emblem. The portrait is enclosed within a beaded border. A short Greek legend is partially visible along the upper periphery of the flan.
