| Obverse description | Diademed bust of the king facing left, with a long, finely pointed beard and hair arranged in three distinct waves. The diadem is double-banded and tied with a characteristic triple loop, with four pendent ends falling behind the neck. A spiral torque is visible at the base of the bust. The portrait is rendered in a late Parthian artistic style, with increasingly stylised and linear treatment of facial and hair details. |
