| Reverse description | Central fire altar with stepped base, flanked by two attendants standing in profile, each facing inward toward the flames in the Sasanian priestly tradition. A star and crescent adorn the field flanking the flames above the altar. The mint name appears in Pahlavi script to the right of the altar, while the regnal date in the Yazdegerd era is inscribed to the left. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border and follows the standard Sasanian fire-altar reverse type adapted for Arab-Sasanian gubernatorial coinage. |
