| 背面描述 | A club of Heracles (or possibly a sceptre) stands upright in the central field, flanked by what appear to be grape clusters or bunches at the base, consistent with the Cappadocian provincial iconographic tradition. The reverse type is rendered in low relief on an irregular, somewhat rough flan typical of hammered provincial coinage. A Greek legend runs around the periphery recording Trajan's tribunician power and sixth consulship. The overall style reflects the workmanship of the Caesarea mint during the early second century AD. |
