Obverse description Radiate and laureate head of Zeus-Ammon facing right, rendered in bold high relief with exuberant, flowing locks and a full beard rendered in deeply engraved, undulating waves characteristic of Ptolemaic bronze coinage. The deity wears a rams-horn attribute curling behind the ear, reflecting the syncretic Alexandrian cult of Zeus-Ammon. The portrait fills the broad flan in a commanding, almost frontal composition, conveying divine majesty. The field is plain, and the design is enclosed within a partial dotted border visible at the upper rim.
