The ethnic abbreviation ΔYΡ (for Dyrrachion) appears above, while the magistrate's name ΔIOΔΩΡOY is distributed around the remaining periphery in Greek letters. The overall design is characteristic of the late Hellenistic colonial coinage of Illyria, combining civic iconography with administrative identification. |
