Reverse description A stepped Zoroastrian fire altar at center, its flame rising prominently from the altar top, with decorative ribbons or fillets hanging from the shaft. Two royal attendants stand facing inward on either side of the altar in a formal heraldic arrangement, each positioned as a guardian of the sacred fire. The figures are rendered in typical Sasanian relief style with visible garment detail. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded circular border. A Pahlavi legend appears in the right field.
Reverse script Middle Persian (Pahlavi)
