Reverse description Athena Nikephoros seated left upon a throne, her left elbow resting upon a round shield set against the throne's side, while her extended right hand presents Nike, who faces left and holds a wreath as she crowns the royal name in the legend. A transverse spear with point directed to lower left is placed behind the figure. In the inner left field, a tripod symbol appears alongside a monogram positioned on the throne. The reverse legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ in Greek characters arcs around the field, reading 'of King Lysimachus.'
