| Obverse description | Facing bust of the ruler in high relief, depicted frontally in the Sasanian artistic tradition. The effigy wears an elaborate crown surmounted by a crescent and globus device, with prominent wing-like or leaf-shaped lateral ornaments. The face is rendered with large stylized eyes, a straight nose, and a short beard, characteristic of Kidarite portraiture.
