Reverse description The reverse is heavily worn and poorly struck, consistent with the irregular flan typical of Alchon Hunnic hammered coinage of this period. Faint traces of a fire altar design — the standard reverse type for this Khingila series following Sasanian prototypes — may be discerned, though details are largely obliterated by wear and corrosion. The field is extensively encrusted and the surfaces are corroded, rendering specific design elements and any attendant figures or legends indistinct.
