| Reverse description | Central fire altar depicted in schematic profile, with blazing flames rising from the altar top; a six-pointed star appears to the left of the flames and a crescent to the right of the fire, both within the inner field. Schematically rendered guardian figures stand on either side of the altar, their headdresses emerging from a pointed border encircling the coin's reverse field. The overall composition is characteristic of late Sasanian fire-altar reverses with flanking attendants. |
