Obverse description Diademed bust of King Kamnaskires IV facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic tradition with curling hair bound by a royal diadem. The portrait displays a slightly idealized profile with a strong jawline and draped shoulder visible at the bust truncation. The style reflects the late Elymaean adaptation of Seleucid and Parthian portraiture, showing characteristic local artistic treatment. A decorative element, possibly an anchor or dynastic symbol, appears near the lower bust truncation. The flan is irregular and slightly hammered, consistent with provincial struck coinage of the period.
