| Obverse description | Conjoined busts of King Kamnaskires III and Queen Anzaze facing left in profile, presented in the Hellenistic royal portrait tradition. The king appears diademed, with the queen depicted behind or alongside him in a shared effigy arrangement typical of the Elymais dynastic coinage. An anchor symbol, derived from the Seleucid royal iconographic repertoire, is visible behind the busts in the field. |

| Reverse description | Zeus seated left upon a throne, holding a long sceptre in his left hand and a Nike figurine in his outstretched right hand; Nike extends a wreath to crown the deity in a gesture of divine legitimacy. A monogram appears in the inner left field. A regnal date rendered in Greek numerals, partially legible as [?]LS, occupies the inner right field, providing a Seleucid era dating corresponding to the reign of Kamnaskires III. |
