| Beschrijving voorzijde | Youthful head of Heracles facing right, depicted beardless, wearing the Nemean lion skin headdress with the scalp tied beneath the chin, the jaws of the lion framing the hero's face; rendered in fine Hellenistic style with carefully detailed curling hair visible at the temple and nape. The portrait is boldly struck in high relief, filling the flan, with the furrowed lion skin distinctly articulated across the skull and knotted below the throat. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned left on a low backless throne, his himation draped across his lap and lower body; his outstretched right hand supports an eagle with wings closed, while his left hand holds a long upright sceptre. In the left field stands the distinctive cult statue of Artemis Kindyas facing front, a local iconographic feature identifying the Mylasan mint. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right field, and a control monogram appears below the throne on some specimens. |
