The magistrate's name EYΦANHΣ appears in the upper field, while the ethnic abbreviation P-O (for ΡΟΔΙΩΝ, 'of the Rhodians') flanks the rose stalk. An Isis crown, serving as a secondary control symbol, is placed in the right field. The composition is well-centered within the incuse border, a hallmark of the late plintophoric drachm series. |
