A single-pendant drop earring adorns her ear, and the portrait is executed with naturalistic modelling typical of fourth-century Pontic coinage. The flan is bordered by a partial dotted bead-and-reel pattern visible along the upper periphery of the field. |

The eagle's head is turned downward toward its prey in a powerful, predatory pose, a traditional emblem of Sinopean civic coinage.
