Obverse description Bust of Arsaces II facing left, wearing a distinctive soft Parthian bashlyk (satrapal cap) adorned with pellets along the brim and a diadem tie visible behind the neck. The facial features are rendered in a Hellenistic style with a prominent nose, defined chin, and carefully delineated eye. The neck is bare and the portrait occupies the full field of the flan, with no surrounding legend. The style reflects the transitional Greco-Parthian artistic tradition of the early Arsacid dynasty.

Reverse description Arsaces I or II seated in three-quarter view to the right upon an omphalos or throne, holding a bow in the right hand as the symbol of Parthian royal and martial authority. The figure wears Parthian dress with detailed drapery folds visible on the torso and legs. The Greek legend ΑΡΣΑΚΟΥ appears in the left field, identifying the issuer. Additional Aramaic or Parthaic symbols appear in the left field beside the seated figure. The overall composition follows the standard Arsacid reverse type established for early Parthian coinage.
