Beschrijving voorzijde Diademed and draped bust of Ariarathes X Eusebes Philadelphos facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic portrait tradition with a high degree of individualism. The king is depicted with short, neatly arranged hair beneath a broad royal diadem, and a short beard rendered with fine engraved strokes. The facial features are modeled in relief with pronounced brow and cheekbone, conveying regal authority. The flan is irregular and slightly broader on the left, characteristic of hand-struck Cappadocian silver coinage of this period. No border or legend is present on the obverse.

Beschrijving keerzijde Standing figure of Athena Nikephoros facing left, wearing a helmet and long chiton, holding Nike in her extended right hand and a long spear and shield in her left. The deity stands within the field with Greek legends arranged in two vertical columns flanking the central figure, a typical compositional arrangement for late Cappadocian royal drachms. The style reflects the declining artistic quality characteristic of the final reigns of the Ariarathid dynasty. A year-date and possible mint control marks may appear in the lower field, though worn on this example.
