Obverse description Diademed head of Antiochos I Soter facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic portrait tradition with fine hair dressed beneath a royal diadem, the ends of which fall behind the neck. The portrait displays idealized youthful features with a strong profile characteristic of early Seleucid royal coinage. The flan is slightly irregular, as typical of hammered silver coinage from the eastern Seleucid mints.

Reverse description Apollo Delphios seated left on an omphalos, his right hand extended downward and his left hand resting on a large grounded bow. The god is depicted nude or semi-draped in the Hellenistic manner, with the omphalos serving as a dynastic emblem of Seleucid legitimacy. The Greek royal legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟΥ is arranged in two vertical lines flanking the central figure, reading 'of King Antiochos.' A control mark, appearing as a small symbol within a circle, is visible in the lower right field.
