Obverse description Head of a nymph facing left, rendered in fine Campanian style, with hair elaborately bound and adorned with earrings visible below the ear. The hair is pulled back and secured, with loose strands falling to the nape of the neck, accented by a decorative element. The portrait displays the graceful, idealized features characteristic of late Classical Greek coinage from southern Italy, with smooth facial contours and a slightly parted neck. No legend appears on the obverse. The flan is slightly irregular, typical of the hammered coinage of this period.
