| Obverse description | Forepart of Pegasus moving to right, rendered in fine archaic style with elaborately detailed folded wings swept back along the body and a carefully striated mane. The mythical winged horse is depicted with forelegs raised and mouth open, conveying vigorous movement. Portions of the civic ethnic of Skepsis appear distributed around the figure in the field. A dotted border runs along the lower periphery of the flan. |
