| Obverse description | Draped bust of Demeter in right profile, her hair bound with a wreath of grain or leaves, the tresses rendered in flowing, archaic-influenced style. A necklace adorns her neck, and the facial features are modeled with characteristic Hellenistic naturalism. The field is plain, with the design occupying a broad, slightly irregular flan typical of hand-struck island coinage of the period. |

| Reverse description | Greek ethnic legend enclosed within a circular ivy wreath, the leaves and berries rendered in fine relief. The inscription ΠΑΡΙ and ΚΤΗ is disposed within the wreath, identifying the issuing polis of Paros. The wreath border is composed of alternating ivy leaves and berries, a decorative motif characteristic of late Hellenistic Cycladic coinage. The overall design is compact and well-centered on the flan. |
