| 背面描述 | A swan standing to the left with wings raised, rendered in bold relief typical of Klazomenian coinage, the city's principal civic emblem. The bird is depicted with detailed feathering on the outstretched wings and body. A Greek inscription reading ΑΝΤΙΦΑΝΗ (the name of the magistrate) appears in the upper field, arching above the swan. The surface of the reverse shows typical hammered flan characteristics with slight irregularity. |

Klazomenai, one of the twelve cities of the Ionian League, occupied a precarious position on a small island connected to the mainland by a causeway — a geography that shaped both its defensive strategy and its commercial reach across the Aegean. The city's silver coinage from this period reflects active participation in regional trade networks at a moment when Persian suzerainty over the Ionian coast remained an unresolved tension following the King's Peace of 387 BC.
The SNG Copenhagen and Munich references place this squarely within the well-documented but modestly scarce civic series. Dies for this denomination show considerable variation across the type.
