| Obverse description | Head of a youthful deity, most likely Apollo or the nymph Hera, facing right in three-quarter profile, rendered in fine Classical Greek style. The hair is elaborately dressed with tightly curled locks swept back from the forehead and gathered at the nape, with loose wavy strands cascading behind the neck. The facial features are idealized and delicately modeled, with a straight nose, subtly parted lips, and a smooth, rounded chin characteristic of late Classical Euboian coinage. No legend or inscription appears on the obverse field. |
