Reverse description A cross pattee divides the field into four quarters, each alternately occupied by a crown or a crowned salamander, all contained within a quatrefoil frame. The spandrels between the lobes of the quatrefoil display two clovers and two crowns in alternating positions. The encircling Latin devotional legend runs along the outer periphery, terminating with the mint letter M for Toulouse.
