Reverse description A cross pattée at center, its arms extending nearly to the edge of the coin and dividing the field into four quarters. The cross is boldly struck and typical of the tournois monetary tradition. A continuous Latin legend, referencing a benediction of the Holy Name, encircles the cross, punctuated by a privy mark. The overall style is consistent with hammered billon coinage of the late 15th to early 16th century.
