Obverse description Crowned draped bust of Charles X facing left, wearing an ermine coat. The legend commences at 6 o'clock and runs clockwise within a beaded inner circle of approximately 13 mm diameter. The effigy is rendered in the late Renaissance style typical of French royal copper coinage of the period.
