(Translation: Henri de la Tour, duke of Bouillon...)
Reverse description Central device consists of a bold double-branched cross with triple-barred arms radiating from a central ornamental boss, the terminals of each arm adorned with foliate flourishes. In each of the four angles formed by the cross arms stands a crowned Gothic letter H, the personal monogram of Henri de la Tour d'Auvergne. The cross and monograms are contained within a beaded inner circle, beyond which a Latin legend in Roman capitals runs continuously around the milled rim, proclaiming the ruler's sovereign title over Sedan and Raucourt.
